Service Porter

• No prior automotive industry experience is required to apply!

The Service Porter is a vital member of the service department team, ensuring smooth operations and a positive customer experience. You'll be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and moving vehicles, while also assisting service advisors and technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Management: Safely move and organize vehicles within the service department and lot, following dealership standards. Assist with customer vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
• Customer Service: Greet customers professionally, help with loading/unloading belongings, answer basic questions, and direct them to service advisors.
• Service Area Maintenance: Keep the service area clean and organized by sweeping, vacuuming, and removing trash.
• Support Tasks: Assist service advisors and technicians, run errands (e.g., picking up parts), and shuttle customers if needed.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No previous experience required!
• Certifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Skills:
• Strong work ethic with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good physical condition able to perform manual labor tasks (standing, bending, lifting).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
