What You'Ll Get

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus - Target earnings of $68.8K+, Unlock your earning potential with uncapped commission

What You’ll Be Doing

• - Owning your territory – walk 3–5 miles daily connecting with homeowners
• - Knocking doors and closing deals – work in the field from 2 PM to 7 PM
• - Representing Clearwave Fiber with confidence, energy, and integrity
• - Educating customers about our ultra-fast fiber internet and helping them make informed decisions
• - Supporting local growth – participate in community events and weekend outreach (one Saturday per month)

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• A self-starter mindset – you're motivated and proactive - Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you're confident, approachable, and a natural connector - Physical stamina – this is an active role, often outdoors - Comfort with mobile tech tools (Must have a mobile phone with access to apps for selling in the field.)
• Reliable transportation to get to and around your territory - Must be 18 or older - No prior sales experience required — we’ll train the right people
