Job Title- Production Control Administrator
Department- Elevate MRO
Reports to- Production Control Manager
Location- Salt Lake City, UT

Summary of Position-
The Production Control Administrator develops work order quotes and production work orders, closes completed work orders, and ensures subsequent invoicing includes all related labor hours, parts, services, fees, and taxes prior to submission for payment. Ensure repair station documents are properly filed and maintained for audit.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities-
- Develop customer quotes and communicate with customers on the status of their projects.
- Creates work orders following customer approvals and assists the Production Control Manager and/or General Manager in developing the production plan.
- Ensure technician labor, replacement parts/materials, outside services, miscellaneous fees, freight, and related charges are included in each work order with the applicable margins prior to close and subsequent billing.
- Screens final invoices for accuracy prior to posting to accounting and processing payments.
- Builds and maintains the production pipeline and issues weekly updates to the management team.
- Processes warranty claims under EMRO’s Authorized Service Center operations.
- Manages tool calibration and shelf-life hazardous material programs to ensure the inventory of calibrated tool and shelf-life limited items are tracked and identified for service or disposal.
- Maintains job proficiency by fully participating in the company training and continuous improvement programs.
- Performance of other duties as assigned and/or outlined by management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-
- Must be computer literate and knowledgeable of the MS Office suite of applications and database usage.
- Ability to remain focused and see projects through to completion with continuous updates to the supervisor is required.
Education & Experience-
- High School diploma required. Must have a strong command of the English language and be able to read, write, and speak fluently.
- Two (2) years of office administration experience preferred with an emphasis on customer and vendor billing, filing, and records management.
Schedule & Travel-
- A typical work schedule includes five 8-hour workdays weekly. Overtime is not usually required.
- Travel is not usually required.

- FSLA Status: Full-time non-exempt
- Lifting requirements: up to 25lbs
