Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Create and manage content for websites, social media, email, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce engaging content.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve ROI and effectiveness.
- Assist in SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility.
- Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update patient databases and mailing lists.
- Support branding efforts to maintain a consistent brand voice and message.
- May require occasional travel for events, meetings, or promotional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role (entry-level positions may require internships or relevant coursework).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Proficiency in marketing software such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or CRM tools.
- Experience with content creation, copywriting, and design basics (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
