Description
The Student Services Support staff member is responsible for assisting students with a variety of needs, including academic guidance, emotional support, and resource access. This role involves collaborating with teachers, counselors, and families to create a supportive environment that promotes student success and well-being. The Student Services Support staff member helps facilitate programs and services that address students' academic, social, and emotional development.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Experience:
- Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field (preferred).
- Associate’s degree or relevant certifications in counseling or education (acceptable).
- Previous experience working with students in an educational or support role (preferred).
- Familiarity with school policies, educational programs, and community resources (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with students, families, and staff.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to crises.
- Proficient in using technology and software for record-keeping and communication.
