Overview
As a Financial Services Implementation Consultant, you will drive client success by streamlining their adoption of Vantaca Pay and Vantaca Lockbox services, ensuring they maximize efficiency and operational excellence. In this implementation-focused role, you will collaborate closely with the Vantaca Financial Services Team, Customer Success Team, and external stakeholders, managing end-to-end onboarding with precision, professionalism, and adherence to our standards. Accountability Key Initiatives
- Client Relationship Ownership: Build and maintain strong client relationships from contract signing through onboarding and beyond, ensuring lasting partnerships and continued satisfaction.
- Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to client users, effectively addressing end-user issues and promoting seamless adoption of Vantaca Pay and Vantaca Lockbox services.
Success Metrics
- Successfully onboard all management companies within established timelines, meeting or exceeding financial forecasts and ensuring a seamless implementation experience.
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge base, staying informed about Vantaca products, industry trends, and best practices to enhance client outcomes and personal growth.
Requirements
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships by consistently exceeding expectations. Respond promptly and empathetically to client email requests, treating them with the same urgency and care as if they were your own.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest features and functionalities of Vantaca Pay and Vantaca Lockbox, effectively communicating their value and benefits to clients to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the Customer Success, Product, Support, and Financial Services teams to gather client feedback, identify pain points, and recommend changes that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Reporting: Provide timely and accurate updates to the Senior Director of Financial Services, ensuring all onboarding milestones and customer support requirements are achieved.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, information systems, operations management, supply chain management, business analytics, software support, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience or a combination of education and experience in the above, with a proven track record of excellence.
- Phenomenal verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally, positively, and constructively with customers, clients, and coworkers.
- A creative thinker who excels at identifying and implementing effective solutions.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively and manage competing deadlines.
- Confident and capable of leading meetings and delivering engaging presentations.
- Strong technology background with advanced Excel skills.
- Proficient in data management and comfortable navigating various software systems.
