A successful candidate will be a seasoned Sr. Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Technical Lead with hands-on solutioning and development experience in Salesforce’s Field Service application.
The candidate should utilize their knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, configurations, and automations to identify potential solutions and work in conjunction with Technical & Solution Architects to determine Customization vs. Configuration approaches to Stakeholder needs.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Solutioning/Architecture:

  • Meet with project Stakeholders to review and document proposed solutions in Jira and Confluence
  • Map data flows, automations, and transformations.
  • Work closely with Technical and/or Solution Architects to finalize proposed solutions.
  • Identify needed creation or modification of system integrations.

Field Service Development:

  • Develop custom FSL extensions and other FS applications using LWC, Apex, and/or other Salesforce programming tools
  • Utilize 3rd Party integrations (via Mulesoft) to connect to various data sources
  • Provide clarification/explanation of complex requirements to junior Developers.
  • Assist with QA, UAT, and Bug Fixes (as needed).

Collaboration & Oversight:

  • Act as development team lead for Release Management preparation and issue resolution (DevOps)
  • Collaborate with TA & SA on captured Business requirements, Acceptance Criteria, and proposed Solution(s)

Other related duties as assigned, including but not limited to:

  • Participation in Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
  • Assist Project Leaders with input to roadmaps and timelines.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, or related technical field
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Salesforce Field Service development in a Service Cloud environment.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, Architect or other related Salesforce certification
  • Experienced in Agile Methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies
  • Strong Verbal, Writing, and Interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, or related technical field Additional Salesforce certifications
