About the Team:

This position is for Loan Accounting Platform Technology team under Lending Technology. Team would be focusing on developing, maintaining applications responsible for Loan Accounting Platform Applications which includes systems like LoanIQ, Solify etc.  

Impact (Job Summary/Why this Role Matters)

Improving the quality and reliability of banking products, accelerating development cycles, and delivering potentially working functionality to the end user. Ensuring SDLC process alignment and meeting business objectives.

Key Deliverables (Duties and Responsibilities)

• Responsible for Functional testing & Integration testing execution.
• Collaboration with product owners for story pointing and test case design.
• Test execution creation in defect tracking tool and test case execution.
• Defect tracking and reporting.
• Team collaboration and upskilling.

Skills and Qualification (Functional and Technical Skills)

Functional Skills:

• Should have at least 5 years of experience.
• Should have at least 3-4 years of experience on Loan IQ application. This must have.
• Should have at least 3-4 years of experience in Manual Testing
• Should have basic knowledge on Automation tools.
• Strong exposure in SDLC process, Testing Methodologies and Agile
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and ability to design and execute effective test cases.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and team player.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good to have banking domain knowledge.

Technical Skills:

• Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber
• RDBMS Database – Oracle, SQL
• Version Control - Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab

Reports to: Associate Director

Partners: The person joining in this role would be working closely with team members spread across both US as well as India.
