Scope of Work

Risk and Compliance Management

• Assist in identifying and assessing potential risks across different business areas and projects
• Assist in tracking and analysing risk levels
• Assist in collecting, analysing and interpreting data related to risk events and trends
• Assist in collecting, analysing and interpreting data related to regulatory compliance monitoring reviews
• Assist in coordinating training and awareness programme related to risk and compliance
• Assist in conducting research and analysis to identify emerging risks that may impact Sime’s operations

Practice Management and Administrative Tasks

• Assist in tracking the progress of GRC’s key projects and initiatives
• Assist in planning and coordinating quarterly board risk meetings
• Assist in planning and coordinating internal GRC events and meetings  
• Assist in preparing and tracking department budget
• Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required from time to time

Qualifications

• Degree (or currently pursuing a degree) in finance, accounting, law, risk management of related fields
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous and passion for details and accuracy
• Ability to work as a team
