Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate FP&A Systems Manager to contribute meaningfully to planning, analysis, reporting, and strategy in support of our rapidly growing organization. This is a unique role where you will partner with key stakeholders across the organization through the lens of a financial and data system administrator and be responsible for maintaining and implementing system improvements. What You'll Do

Administer and maintain Freshworks financial planning systems with emphasis on Workday Adaptive Planning
Oversee system configurations, integrations, and updates to ensure they align with the company's financial operations and business needs
Provide business support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues through partnerships with IT, and work closely with internal teams to resolve operational concerns
Monitor system performance, manage database backups, and ensure the availability and security of financial data
Collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements and ensure compatibility with other enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Power BI, SFDC, and Workday HCM
Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials for end-users
Assist in the development and generation of financial reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support decision-making

Please note: This is a hybrid role that will be based in San Mateo, CA, and requires an in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in financial systems administration with hands-on experience managing Adaptive Planning
Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and internal controls
Proficient in database management, system integration, and data migration techniques
Experience with business intelligence tools and reporting software
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
Knowledge of data security protocols, user access controls, and regulatory requirements

Additional Information

The annual base salary range for this position is $165,800 - $215,000.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
