Position Overview

We are seeking a Mid-level Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Marketing Cloud platform.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize email templates, automation workflows, and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Write and optimize SQL queries for data segmentation and personalization
Implement AMPScript for dynamic content and personalization
Maintain data integrations and ensure data integrity
Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues
Stay updated on Marketing Cloud features and best practices
Test email templates, journeys, automations, and scripts thoroughly to ensure functionality and deliverability
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for development processes.
Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency in AMPScript and SQL
Strong understanding of email marketing and automation concepts
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical team members
Knowledge of Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Understanding of data modeling
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer
Familiarity with APIs and data integrations
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
