Make an Impact by:
Process Reimagination for AI:
- Analyze current-state business processes across multiple functions to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for automation or augmentation using AI.
- Lead workshops and design sprints with business stakeholders, AI squads, and product owners to co-create future-state journeys and operating models.
- Translate high-potential AI opportunities into reimagined workflows that deliver measurable value.
Service & Experience Design:
- Design AI-enabled service blueprints, customer journeys, and employee experience flows with a systems-thinking mindset.
- Ensure solutions are viable (business), feasible (technology), and desirable (user-centric).
- Advocate for the voice of the customer and frontline staff in all design decisions.
UX/UI Design for AI Applications:
- Translate reimagined processes and service concepts into intuitive digital interfaces (web and mobile).
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Apply usability heuristics, interaction design principles, and accessibility best practices.
- Work with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation.
Collaboration & Delivery Support:
- Work closely with AI Product Managers, Business Partners, Solution Architects, and Change Leads to align designs with technical feasibility and business value.
- Support pilot deployments and feedback loops to test, refine, and optimize new processes.
- Create clear documentation (e.g., personas, storyboards, swimlane diagrams, journey maps) to guide delivery teams.
Strategic Alignment & Governance:
- Align with enterprise-wide AI strategy, process design standards, and data governance principles.
- Contribute to the development of reusable design patterns and process libraries to accelerate AI use case delivery.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in service design, UX/UI design, or business process transformation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI and service design work, particularly for enterprise or AI/data-driven applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools and frameworks (e.g., BPMN, Lean, or value stream mapping).
- Experience working in agile, product-centric environments with cross-functional squads.
- Understanding of AI/ML, automation (e.g., RPA), or analytics platforms is a strong advantage.
- Systems thinker with a bias toward action.
- Empathetic listener and strong communicator.
- Passionate about innovation and human-centered design.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and challenging the status quo.
- Familiarity with the telco domain, IT systems, and data-driven use cases, with strong technical acumen and a keen interest in emerging AI and data technologies.
