Our Transformation Analyst role is an outstanding opportunity to play a central role in supporting enterprise-wide central and transformation decision-making. This position offers the chance to provide clear, data-driven analysis and financial assessment of key initiatives. You will be critical in evaluating proposed and active projects across the business, assessing viability, financial return, resource impact, and alignment to central objectives. Your insights will directly influence the direction of our central initiatives and commercial outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Evaluate the financial and commercial impact of strategic initiatives through cost-benefit analysis, ROI assessment, and scenario planning.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to track performance, support and guide decision-making.
- Partner with Finance, Data, Product, and other teams to align assumptions, track benefits, and prepare portfolio-level insights.
- Create documentation for governance forums, including investment summaries and recommendation papers.
- Monitor strategic KPIs, identify emerging risks, and deliver clear performance reports to senior leaders.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping shape ideas into commercially viable proposals.
What you’ll bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in an analyst or strategy role.
- Tertiary qualification in finance, business, data science, economics, or a related field.
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Python or R).
- Experience with data visualisation (e.g. Tableau) and executive-level reporting (PowerPoint).
- Exceptional problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
