Description

The overall scope is to ensure the efficient operation of the Engineering Department supporting all other operating departments. This includes supplying services as required by the entire operation and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the real estate.
• Ensure the production and supply of energy at all times.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and the hotel’s procedures in regards to the guest contact.
• Optimize maintenance costs.
• Comply with all Kempinski company policies.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• Indonesian citizen with proven project experience in 5 stars hotel
• Strong technical competence across HVAC, MEP, and Fire Life Safety
• Experience supporting pre-opening or major repositioning programs
• Very good leadership by motivating and empowering multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
