Job Summary
Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of front-end, administrative, medical office staff working in ambulatory primary care and specialty settings.This role will primarily focus on training staff who work across multiple locations, with an emphasis on delivering training remotely. However, must be available to report on-site to varied locations for on-site training when needed.
Essential Functions
•Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine training requirements for front office staff across different ambulatory primary care and specialty practices.
•Design and develop engaging and interactive training programs, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, job aids, and other training resources.
•Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational leaders to gather content, ensure accuracy, and incorporate industry best practices into training materials.
•Deliver training sessions to employees across multiple locations, primarily through virtual/remote instruction, but also as needed through classroom sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training.
•Facilitate engaging and interactive training activities, discussions, and exercises to promote effective learning and skills transfer.
•Provide coaching and feedback to learners, addressing questions and clarifying concepts to support their understanding and application of training content.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study required

Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in training and development required
- Outpatient medical office experience strongly preferred
- Experience with EPIC strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training programs in healthcare or ambulatory settings
- Experience working with leaders and staff to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse learners
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and locations
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing needs
