We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You will work closely with internal teams to provide solutions, manage client accounts, and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and support.

  • Maintain and build strong client relationships through effective communication.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and client updates.
