You will support our Head of Talent Acquisition and Development in coordinating the workload of the Talent Acquisition team and keeping them, as well as interviewers and hiring managers, trained and engaged. As an experienced recruiter*, you will guide your stakeholders in how to master the game of interviewing, talent assessment, and creating a great candidate experience. Apart from that, you will read the data and make bold suggestions and decisions to guide the team and the business towards a more efficient and state-of-the-art recruitment process. Your playing field:
- Attract, assess, and hire only the right talent who can be their best selves at Tipico.
- Be our internal headhunter. You know the best channels and strategies to find and connect with the best talent in the market.
- Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for all your open roles – You own it, you run it!
- Coordinate the workload of the TA team together with the Head of TA&D - Let's be proactive and fill roles on time.
- Stay connected with the recruitment market and social media to place your ads where they will attract the best talent and be ahead of the others – Approach your candidates directly.
- Manage your stakeholders from the very first position briefing, over the interviews and assessments to the contract offer – Let’s make this your game!
- Stay in touch with the internal Talent Acquisition team across different locations to exchange best practices and ideas – We get better every day
- Work closely with external partners and agencies to keep your pipelines filled, but also to reach out to a broader group of talented candidates.
- Collect the data and prepare reports to help us develop the best Talent Acquisition process and practices across the group. We are data-driven!
Qualifications
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:
- Qualification: You have a university degree or comparable qualifications
- Experienced recruiter: At least 6 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition in an international environment. You have a natural talent in reading people’s personalities and professional experience in assessing candidates against the company culture
- Leading skills: You have first-hand experience coordinating or leading a team as a functional leader.
- Sourcing skills: You have gained your sourcing skills working in a recruitment agency or as a sourcer in an in-house team.
- Strong communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills – You know how to manage stakeholders and partners, but also how to present the company and to pitch for the role.
- Project Management and Data: Good project management and organizational skills – You are used to managing your candidate pipelines and projects like a 1st League pro.
- Languages.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language. Our team consists of more than 40 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission. English is the way we communicate within the company.
- German language skills are a plus. As the #1 in Germany, German is in our DNA. Professional language skills are indispensable, as well in the communication with partners as with candidates
