POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Manager, Campaign Analytics, Audience Strategy & Testing is the Performance Marketing team’s analytics leader, responsible for transforming multi‑channel marketing data into insights that accelerate growth and customer lifetime value. Leveraging Power BI, Amplitude and our data stack, this leader designs clear, action-oriented test‑and‑learn agendas, architects robust audience strategies, supervises campaign analysis across all channels and serves as a data steward who shapes the enterprise data roadmap. The role partners closely with Strategy, MarTech, Digital Product and Finance (IAD) to optimize investment, expand addressable audiences, safeguard file health, and deepen owner loyalty. This position manages a high-performing team of analysts supporting campaign analysis and audience development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS
- Campaign Analytics Leadership — Direct end-to-end campaign reporting and advanced analysis across paid, owned and earned channels; synthesize performance into persuasive visual storytelling that drives marketing ROI, incremental revenue, and lifetime value.
- Test Design & Measurement — Develop statistically rigorous A/B and multivariate test plans, define KPIs, and ensure results are translated into clear, actionable recommendations that influence roadmap and budget decisions.
- Audience Strategy & Growth — Own segmentation, targeting and suppression frameworks; identify new audience opportunities, monitor list health, and partner with CRM to unlock programs that elevate engagement and customer LTV.
- Data Stewardship & Innovation — Champion data governance, advocate for scalable architecture, contribute to user stories, and influence enterprise analytics capabilities to expand self-service‑ insights and speed to value.
- Team Development & Cross Functional‑ Partnership — Mentor analysts, foster a test-and‑learn culture, and collaborate with Marketing, IT, Legal and Finance (IAD) to ensure insights are embedded in strategic‑decision-making.
(Candidate may perform other duties as assigned to support departmental success.)
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct oversight of up to three analysts; responsible for hiring, coaching, workload prioritization and career development.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- BA/BS in Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive marketing analytics experience; 2+ years in a ‑people leadership capacity‑.
- Demonstrated expertise with Power BI, Amplitude, SQL/Python, and leading A/B ‑testing.
- Proven success optimizing omni‑channel performance marketing programs and maximizing customer LTV.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Track record of translating complex data into concise, executive ready insights that drive revenue.
- Deep knowledge of experimental design, incrementality, attribution and statistical significance.
- Hands on experience building audience segmentation, retention, and re‑activation strategies.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and privacy best practices (GDPR/CCPA).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management‑ and storytelling skills.
- Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, agile, highly collaborative environment.
