    • Translate complex data, program goals, and policy needs into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.

  • Project & Team Leadership

    • Manage and mentor project team members in delivering high-quality consulting deliverables and ensuring task order compliance.

    • Oversee schedule, risk, and deliverable tracking using PM tools and Agile methodologies; contribute to the continuous improvement of BryceTech’s delivery framework.

  • Research & Analysis

    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess the effectiveness of programs and identify actionable improvement opportunities.

    • Develop dashboards, executive briefings, reports, and other strategic artifacts to support data-informed decision-making.

  • Business Development Support

    • Contribute to internal growth by identifying new opportunities and assisting in proposal development, particularly within human capital and organizational consulting domains.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of consulting experience, preferably in federal or public sector environments.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior clients in complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.

  • Strong writing, facilitation, and presentation skills, with ability to translate technical information into executive-level insights.

Preferred Qualifications
