Job Title: Parts Counter

Location: CAMUS Hydronics (Mississauga, Ontario)

Basic Function: To assist with the counter parts sales and customer service.

Essential Duties:

Sells products and/or services to customers.
Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.
Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
Provide service technicians with parts as required.
Enter order into ERP System.
Packing and shipping order and cutting refractories
Uses company equipment and resources safely and proficiently.
Follow up on shortages and expedites.
Treat customers fairly, with honesty and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.
Basic computer skills.
Good organizational skills.
Maintain positive relationships with customers, other employees and owners.
Be on time, flexible and available for scheduling.
Demonstrate an interest in growing the parts business.

Other Duties: As assigned by the supervisor.

Internal Contacts: Contacts required as a regular part of daily duties involving work of non-controversial nature.

External Contacts: Supplier and customers

Education Required: High school diploma or GED with a minimum of two years in an customer serivce environment.

Experience Required: 1 years+

Physical Skill and Effort:

Requires skilled, accurate, rapid, and closely coordinated manual skill. Work also requires a considerable variety of fairly steady, active physical exertion.

Working Conditions and Hazards:

Normal plant, shop, field or office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features. Negligible or no exposure.
