Job Description

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

 

The Data Operations Associate works alongside the CSOps Business Intelligence team and will partner with our global Customer Success, Operations and Shared Services teams to ensure smooth foundational operational processes leveraged by field CS team members, managers, and operations.  

Responsibilities   

  • Design, enhance, and refine workflows that support operations of the CS organization – determining & assigning account team members, service package creation, task creation, out of region support processes, etc. 
  • Partner with front-line managers to flag and correct account assignment inaccuracies 
  • Manage JIRA ticketing queue – triage urgent requests, escalate issues with partner teams, work toward resolution, keep all parties informed of status and progress.  
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve errors in outcome through troubleshooting data, process, and execution inputs. 
  • Establish delivery expectations with outsourced team, track progress against deliverables, and hold the shared services team accountable for hitting target metrics. 
  • Collect input from process owners and users and advocate for their prioritization during a quarterly exercise; input prioritized items into JIRA epics and into the MCS org’s prioritization tracker. 
  • Document dependencies on Salesforce CRM and translate them into MS Dynamics requirements during discovery sessions. 
  • Communicate progress, successes, areas of improvement, blockers, and KPI attainment to CS operations and leadership stakeholders monthly. 
  • Partner with the Customer Success Operations BI team to develop dashboards and automation of notifications that reduce administrative tasks across the CS org. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • 2+  years experience in operations, administration, or processes building 
  • 2+ years experience working with Excel, Tableau, and either Salesforce or MS Dynamics 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in working with Shared Services or back-office operations teams  
  • Familiarity with Tableau, PowerAutomate, or MS Forms 
  • Experience working at a SaaS company or large enterprise
