Hourly Rate: $70-$80
What You’ll Do
As a non-exempt/hourly Technical Project Manager at Burwood, you will be responsible for full lifecycle management of key projects within client accounts. You will ensure adherence to industry-wide and Burwood-specific best practices, to ‘best-in-class’ delivery quality, and to proactive management of project profitability.
- Serves as natural and formal leader within active, affiliated client; supports wider account team in definition and execution of overall account strategy.
- Serves as a point of client-facing escalation for affiliated customer base; engages as escalation point to resolve delivery/client satisfaction issues.
- Exemplifies ‘fundamental/101’, ‘201’ and ‘301’ delivery standards and best practices.
- Develops a ‘Trusted Advisor’ reputation and relationship with enterprise clients through sound and reliable delivery, proactive and responsive communication, and team-centric leadership.
- Partners with Account Executives, Architects, and Practice Area Leadership during presales to develop estimates, proposals, and other necessary sales documentation.
Qualifications
Who You Are
Proven experience in organizational change management, including the development and execution of communications planning.
Ability to create and implement effective training strategies to support change initiatives.
Demonstrated capability in providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, or organizational changes.
You are preferably versed in managing work in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks
You have at least one Project Management-centric certification, preferably PMP or CSM
- You are competent in building presentations, process value mapping, workflow diagrams, and SOWs
- Nice To Haves:
- You have experience managing or supporting initiatives anchored in merger and acquisition cycles
- You have experience managing or supporting initiatives within the Healthcare vertical
