Job Description

Role Summary

The role will be responsible for managing the acquisition of right brand partners across the MENA region: negotiate & close contracts, support in equipment movement, onboard acquired partners on the platform, and work with different regional functions while maintaining a relationship with all our prospective partners.

What's On Your Plate?

  • Support the Head of Business Development in translating our value proposition in an adequate commercial model and include in the business cases;
  • Lead the end to end acquisition of top restaurants and local partners to join our kitchens and handover the closed contracts to the constructions department;
  • Identify and generate leads, reach out to our AMs for leads, and network / engage with all prospective partners;
  • Provide support in business case development when possible in collaboration with construction, legal and finance teams;
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses and services and be able to advise vendors about them;
  • Understand the business needs for our partners and support them in expanding their business through cloud kitchens;
  • Support in moving the partner equipment and kitchen stall designs in collaboration with the constructions team optimizing our current processes;
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all acquired partners on our platform;
  • Bring in best practices from other platforms to improve DHK’s value proposition;
  • Improve first time success rates on quality and acquisition.

Qualifications

What Did We Order?

  • 3+ years of previous experience in partner acquisition / business development / sales in a similar industry preferably (Cloud Kitchens, F&B)
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (must be fluent in both)
  • Must have a car and a valid driving license
  • The ideal candidate has to be data driven. Experience with Tableau, Looker is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to lead negotiation with vendors & partners
  • Exhibit a strong track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities
