In this key role, you will report directly to our Managing Director Endress+Hauser Level & Pressure India and actively shape the future of Human Resources.
This position will be based at our Campus in Waluj MIDC area, Ch. Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
Which tasks will you perform?
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s growth plans to ensure scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence.
• HR Operations: Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, payroll processing and succession planning initiatives.
• Employee Engagement: Drive programs that foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labour laws, industry regulations, company policies and global HR best practices while maintaining a high level of compliance.
• Compensation and Benefits: Oversee strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market. Being acquainted with WTW methodologies is considered to be a strong asset.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a key liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, including Global Management, other HR on site teams, and management sharing the E+H Campus in Chh. Sambhajinagar and Mumbai, International HR Community, Corporate E+H, customers, and suppliers.
• Special Projects: Lead special projects and initiatives on behalf of the Managing Director, including process optimization and change management efforts.
• Organizational Development & Change Management: Design and implement leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives. Lead organizational change efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication as the company scales.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as the senior point of contact for all HR-related legal matters, labour relations, and conflict resolution. Foster a culture of trust and transparency through proactive employee communication and engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• CSR Initiatives: Lead and support CSR programs that align with the company’s vision and contribute to social impact.
What do we expect from you?
• Experience: Have minimum 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within industrial or manufacturing, Engineering and SW development environments. You upskilled yourself with further training that has meaningfully complemented your strategic HR skills beyond your education.
• Expertise: Have a proven experience in a strategic advisory role to senior leadership, talent management, labour relations, organizational development, and change management.
• Education: Have a master’s degree in human resources, Psychology or Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Technical Skills: Have hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and proficiency in Excel. Strong understanding of HR processes, employee data management, and project management.
• Local and global Perspective: Are familiar with implementing HR processes in a local and global context, including cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
• Personal Attributes: Are a strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. High emotional intelligence with sensitivity to cultural differences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining a focus on long term objectives. Strong ethical standards with a commitment to corporate values and integrity.
• Business: Have a very Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of organizational growth dynamics.
• Communication and stakeholders: Have strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with employees across diverse business groups and geographical cultures.
• Personality: Have an enthusiastic personality with inclusive communication and networking skills and the ability to effectively interface to multiple audiences with a strong attention to detail with high accuracy rate
• Languages: Are fully fluent in English and Hindi in writing and as oral.
