Job Description

Eurofins Environment Testing Northwest is seeking a Regional Inside Sales Coordinator to join out team. 

The Regional Inside Sales Coordinator (RISC) serves as the primary administrative liaison for the sales team and actively seeks sales opportunities in smaller segments of the Water Testing market. The RISC is responsible for working with the sales staff to respond to quotes, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), purchase orders, and other client contractual issues as they arise. The RISC also pursues sales from targeted clients through phone calls and direct mail efforts. In all interactions, the RISC will act in the best interest of Eurofins and demonstrate professionalism and high performance when working with both internal and external clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and sales campaigns to generate new sales.
  • Generate price quotes as directed.
  • Manage processing of all awarded contract requirements.
  • Set up new accounts according to policy.
  • Process contracts and purchase orders, following company guidelines for review, signing and distribution.
  • Assist in response to client inquiries originating from sales calls.
  • Sales efforts to maintain and grow selected accounts.
  • Ensure customer awareness of LIMS capabilities and services to improve selling opportunities. 
  • Manage all subcontractor (within network and outside) issues (pricing/contacts/communications), including Project Management (PM) and sales rep requests for information from subcontract laboratories, while maintaining corporate purchasing directives to minimize volume to competitors and to be price sensitive.
  • Assist with proposal development, maintain proposal files.
  • Provide information to Sales reps and Directors on feedback received from clients regarding service issues and our competition.
  • Assist in the preparation for and attend periodic sales meetings as assigned.
  • Respond to requests for insurance certificates.
  • Provide routine sales and quote reports to the Director of Sales.
  • Generate/update information used in proposals, marketing & sales 
  • Register for tradeshows and make arrangements for shipping of booth & supplies. Attend Trade shows as appropriate.
  • Pass leads for new business and accounts to Sales reps and initiate entry of client information, leads and opportunities into CRM.
  • Establish and maintain a productive working relationship between client and lab.
  • Responsible for meeting individual revenue goals as well as the goal for the assigned region.
  • May establish pricing with some degree of autonomy.
  • Manage Quote status (pending / win / loss).
     

Qualifications

  • Education: AS/AA degree in Business related field with environmental experience (3-4 years client-relationship experience may substitute the degree).
  • Experience: 1-3 years experience in environmental industry sales and
    marketing or sales/laboratory support role.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.

Additional Information

This is a Full-tition Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm with possible longer hours as needed.

Compensation range:  $60,000 - $90,000 annually.

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
