General Summary And Purpose:

You will be responsible for preparing well-written, accurate and compelling responses in line with corporate branding standards to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) in soliciting new business for Victory.   You will also be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the RFP database via the RFP software.

This job is hybrid (part remote, part-in-office) with office locations in either Cleveland (Brooklyn), OH, or Boston, MA.  Candidates located outside of these areas will also be considered for work remotely.

You will report to the Head of Institutional RFP & Data.

You Will:

• Write and edit accurate and relevant responses to RFPs and related requests in line with corporate branding standards.
• Assist in crafting new and more complex RFP responses as well as enhancing existing language.
• Collaborate effectively with various internal and external groups to process and obtain relevant information for RFPs.
• Be responsible for completing quarterly documents for institutional consultants.
• Maintain firm and strategy information within the RFP software, Responsive.
• Assist with data requests from internal and external clients.
• Assist in streamlining areas of data gathering and distribution.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree; major in Finance, Business, English or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in investment management and/or marketing communications within a business writing or RFP writing role.
• Experience with RFP database software (e.g., Responsive, RocketDocs, Qvidian, RFP360, etc.).

Target Compensation:

The target base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $115,000.

Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.

Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
