Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Global Fulfillment Manager who can run the floor today while building the system for tomorrow. You’ll own the end-to-end pick/pack/ship operation, managing the fulfillment team, picking and packing when needed, and coordinating our international shipments. You will ensure every order leaves our facility accurately, on-time, and at the lowest cost. You will lead process improvements, and work closely with our Customer Service, Quality Control, Inventory Planning, and Manufacturing teams.
This is a full-time, on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and expand our fulfillment team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Own daily fulfillment operations: pick, pack, ship with accuracy and efficiency
- Pick, pack, and ship orders as needed
- Track and deliver against KPIs (on-time fulfillment, order accuracy, cost per order)
- Optimize workflows, warehouse layout, and staffing schedules for efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Identify and implement automation, WMS/ERP tools, and new technologies
- Manage shipping vendor relationships and negotiate rates to improve margins
- Ensure budget targets are met
- Oversee inventory control and supply management
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Service, Quality Control, Inventory Planning, and Manufacturing
- Coordinate international shipments with teams in Germany and Australia
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience managing fulfillment or warehouse operations (DTC/e-commerce preferred)
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong data orientation and comfortable analyzing KPIs to make decisions
- Familiarity with Shopify, Shipstation, or similar fulfillment software
- Track record of improving processes and implementing automation or tech solutions
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Interested in learning new skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to priotize effectively and to stay calm under pressure
- Thrives in a hands-on role
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Additionally, you must be:
- At least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Comfortable with basic math
- Able to lift up to 49 lbs
- Ability to move over/under/around shelves and other objects
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Full use of hands and fingers to perform tasks
- Able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
