Senior Software Engineer (Python/React/TypeScript)

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python, React, and TypeScript to join a high-performing development team. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge, thrives in complex problem-solving environments, and can balance writing clean, maintainable code with mentoring other developers. Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare systems is a strong plus. This role is perfect for engineers who want to make an impact building scalable, high-quality systems that power critical applications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend services in Python
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality features
• Implement and maintain scalable APIs and integrations
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team
• Ensure systems are secure, performant, and maintainable
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices

 Some Must-Haves:

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development
• Solid experience with React and TypeScript on the frontend
• Proven ability to design and build scalable, production-ready applications
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, testing, and CI/CD
• Excellent communication skills and English fluency (written and verbal)
• Comfortable collaborating in a distributed, remote-first team environment

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare technology
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code and DevOps practices

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
