Job Description

The role of the product management organization is focused in three core areas; execution and delivery of product approved projects for new and ongoing initiatives, support business development activities, and support the execution and maintenance of the target operating model.

Reporting into the Director, Product Management, Debt Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Private Markets team. The candidate will hold a dual mandate to support the growth of the Private Debt product suite together with assisting in initiatives focused on Corporate and Regulatory reporting. Ultimately, they will be responsible for extracting requirements from stakeholders, defining and documenting system and process requirements, and overseeing implementations either independently or as part of a team.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Define and document detailed system and process requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Oversee and support implementation efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work independently or as part of a team to deliver project outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
• Support testing and validation of implemented solutions

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst in Private Markets, Private Credit, or Corporate and Regulatory Services.
• Strong understanding of system integration and data transfer methods.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and Word; additional technical tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Capable of modeling business processes to support product operational usage. Can produce artifacts such as process models, use cases and scenarios
