JOB SUMMARY
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for research, reporting, and solutions for our Human Resources function, including but not limited to HRIS data entry and support, employment data tracking, and analytics. The HRIS Analyst will also be responsible for configurations, troubleshooting and reporting in our Greenhouse ATS and FreshService ticketing systems.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Support HR systems, including HRIS (Wurk), Greenhouse ATS and FreshService ticketing systems, to include configurations, maintenance, data entry, processing corrections, running scheduled audits, facilitating accurate and timely entry of employee data, and adjusting workflows to support internal business process changes, maintain integration with Veritable web site for background checks.
- Provide support and resolution for requests within Wurk HRIS, Greenhouse and FreshService related to HR, payroll, time and attendance, training, onboarding and off-boarding.
- Provide input to improve HR self-service tools and system workflows/actions
- Ensure HR system data integrity and confidentiality
- Develop appropriate reporting to disseminate information in a timely manner and targeted to audience (direct management and senior management).
- Act as a key resource to all departments to provide guidance on HR metrics and reporting inquiries
- Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed
- Foster, promote and contribute to a positive team environment
- Own compliance and reporting to various states and government agents
- Understand the importance of and demonstrates the utmost confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and business information
- Ability to understand business needs and research technology solutions
- Partner internally with HR, Commission and Benefits, and Recruiting teams on data, reporting, analytics and technology
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience, including robust reporting and analytics , creating and converting data reports for HRIS, building interfaces and testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making and follow-through skills.
- Hands-on HRIS experience across Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and Time and Attendance. Wurk HRIS experience a plus.
- Proven technical aptitude to learn new systems, implement and maintain them
- Experience with ATS system configuration and reporting. Greenhouse experience is a plus.
- Experience with ticketing system configuration, reporting and maintenance. FreshService experience is a plus.
- Experience supporting EEO and government reporting
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
- Technically proficient in HRIS systems, reporting and Excel (including imports, formulas and data validation reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- High level of competence with organization, prioritization, and multitasking in a rapidly changing environment.
- High level of integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws, the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position. Final offer details and future compensation may be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to, geographic location, market compensation data, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Pay Range$40—$46 USDADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
