Director of Revenue Operations

Location: American Fork, UT (on-site)
Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 + bonus

The Role
We’re looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared goals and bring operational maturity to our GTM engine. This role is hands-on, focused on building systems, improving processes, and delivering insights that drive growth and withstand investor scrutiny.

Responsibilities

Align GTM strategy, KPIs, and processes across teams
Own forecasting, dashboards, and reporting on pipeline, churn, LTV, CAC
Manage and optimize CRM, automation, and CS platforms
Improve lead routing, scoring, renewals, and customer success workflows
Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and performance analysis

Qualifications

5+ years in RevOps, SalesOps, or similar GTM leadership (SaaS/healthcare preferred)
Strong CRM/marketing automation expertise (Salesforce preferred)
Proven data analysis and forecasting skills
Cross-functional leadership and project management experience
Bonus: Sales/sales leadership experience an experience with fundraising, board reporting, or due diligence
