Join us as a Partnerships Business Developer to spearhead our collaboration initiatives with major tech companies. In this pivotal role, you will forge pathways that enhance Qonto's market presence and client engagement in the French market. You will work closely with senior leadership, ensuring that each partnership aligns perfectly with our strategic goals and contributes significantly to our growth (driving both customer acquisition with channel partnerships and revenues with revenue-led partnerships).
👩💻🧑💻 As a Partnerships Business Developer at Qonto, you will:
• Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and prioritize partnerships that expand our product offerings and drive client acquisition (including channel partnerships, and revenue-led partnerships)• Negotiate and Launch Partnerships: Lead negotiations and manage the launch of new partnerships.• Build Strong Relationships: build long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration.• Scope and Execute Go-To-Market Plans: Oversee go-to-market strategies, focusing on customer experience, business models, and marketing.• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product, marketing, and acquisition teams to scope the project and achieve partnership goals.• Embody Qonto’s Values: Promote and uphold Qonto’s culture and values in all interactions.

•Experience: You have around 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of developing successful strategic partnerships in the tech industry.•Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate and negotiate complex partnership agreements with excellent stakeholder management skills•Analytical Skills: You excel at business modeling and financial projections.•Customer Obsessed: You prioritize customer needs & experience in every business goal.•Strategic Thinking: You can develop innovative, out-of-the-box partnership models with technical customer journeys•Languages: You speak both French and English fluently.
