Financial Services Representative Responsibilities:Builds rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer networkMaintains impeccable reputation with lendersProduces & submits accurate paperwork required for the MTO and secures funding from finance sources in a timely mannerProvides customers with explanation of aftermarket productsProvides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policiesDevelops and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfactionProcesses finance and lease deals accurately, fairly and in accordance with local, state and federal statutes and company policiesConducts business in an ethical and professional mannerProcesses all dealer paperwork related to truck saleUnderstands and complies with all regulations that affect the new truck and finance departmentsCompletes paperwork necessary for truck sales and leases in a timely mannerChecks all paperwork for, but not limited to, correct title, lien information, taxes, consumer information before forwarding to accountingDevelops and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfactionMaintains an adequate and current supply of all required contracts and paperwork needed for completion and finalization ofEnsures work areas are cleanFollows all attendance and punctuality standards and adheres to timekeeping standardsFollows the Code of Business Ethics and ConductUnderstands and follows all work rules and follows lawful directions from SupervisorsUpholds the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreementsMaintains a professional appearance for self and subordinates in accordance with company policyAttends pertinent training on requestAttends company meetings as requiredUpdates Monthly Booking ReportMonthly updates to the Sales Team of what customer leases are expiring and of currently paid off contractsMaintaining the F&I Shared Drive of new Programs and Policy ChangesOther duties as assigned
