As a senior living community, we take pride in ensuring our community reflects the comfort and care we offer every day. We’re currently looking for a skilled and reliable Painter to join our Plant Operations team and help keep our community looking its best.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, priming, and cleaning.
Apply paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Maintain and repair painted and finished surfaces as needed.
Work with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure minimal disruption to residents.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and facility policies.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assist with other general maintenance tasks as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience as a professional painter; experience in senior living settings preferred.
Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and materials.
Ability to use ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent customer service skills, courteous and respectful to residents and staff.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
