Department Overview

MIHA Business Department is a department dedicated to providing "Influencer Marketing" services.


Our competitive advantages include:
1. Proposals leveraging Rakuten data based on approximately 100 million Rakuten member IDs and AI.
2. Exclusive and influential influencers.
3. International sales operations, primarily in South Korea, in addition to domestic activities.
Regarding point 1, our use of Rakuten data and AI enables us to propose influencers based on Rakuten Ichiba's purchase data, allowing us to provide optimal proposals to advertisers.
Regarding point 2, our exclusive influencers include talented YouTubers who are well-known in mass media.
Regarding point 3, our international sales operations, in collaboration with other departments within the Rakuten Group, allow us to provide Japanese influencer marketing primarily in South Korea and China.
MIHA will continue to provide "unique" solutions within the influencer marketing industry.
Note: Upon joining the Rakuten Group, Inc. , employees will be seconded to MIHA, Inc.

As part of the MIHA Corporate Supervisory Department , I manage back-office operations, primarily accounting. Specifically, I have three responsibilities:
1. Accounting tasks such as invoicing and payments to business partners and employee expense reimbursements.
2. Properly recording sales and expenses, adjusting accounting rules for each product, and providing internal training.
3. Supporting the business through back-office tasks other than accounting, and building systems through internal control activities, etc.

Position Details

Job Summary
In addition to tasks such as proper invoicing and payment processing and recording sales and expenses, we are seeking active participation in quickly resolving operational risks and issues while involving all parties involved.

Job Details
- Invoicing and payments to business partners, reimbursing employee expenses
- Adjusting accounting rules for new products and new businesses, and risk analysis and management
- Formulating and implementing internal control plans related to accounting operations
- Supporting non-accounting operations (general affairs, legal affairs, etc.)

The entire MIHA Business Department unit consists of 39 members, including contractors, and comprises a MIHA Sales Department , a MIHA Corporate Supervisory Department , and a Seconded from MIHA, Inc. (As of July 2025)
