What You'll Be Doing

• Security Presence & Defense: Ensure the safety of event guests, staff, and assets.
• Alcohol Enforcement: Monitor liquor boundaries, ensuring compliance with Colorado liquor laws.
• Incident Response: Act quickly to security or medical concerns.
• Event Safety: Stay alert to environmental risks and direct guests to safe areas if needed.
• Crowd Management: Patrol perimeters, manage crowd flow, and assist with evacuations if necessary.
• Bag Checks & Screening: Conduct bag checks, wanding, and prevent entry of prohibited items.
• Lost & Found Assistance: Help locate lost items, children, or guests.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, clear directions to amenities and resources.
• Team Collaboration: Work with security staff, event managers, and law enforcement.
• Documentation: Accurately record and report incidents or concerns.

What You'll Need

• Eligibility: 2 forms of ID and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Age: 18+
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Attitude: Energetic, punctual, and professional under pressure
• Skills: Proficient in English (Spanish a plus)
• Screening: Pass a background check (and drug test if required)
• Transportation: Reliable transportation (out-of-town staff provided transport & lodging)
• Tech Literacy: Working smartphone & email access
• Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, crouch, and lift 50 lbs.
• Weather Tolerance: Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather (gear provided)
