About the Role!

Are you a visionary sales leader ready to make a lasting impact? We're looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to drive growth, inspire teams, and shape the future of our business in Pakistan. If you're passionate about building high-performing sales strategies and leading with purpose, this is your opportunity to shine more!

Reporting to the General Manager- South Asia, this role will involve establishing a high-performing, integrated Sales organization in Pakistan, which will include developing strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention and promoting joint business planning excellence which will deliver on the annual plans successfully.

Your key responsibilities

  • You will drive and deliver full execution on Pakistan’s growth plan, by developing strategies to keep the sales channels performing and adapting to shifting market demand, as you execute the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly initiatives
  • You will design and execute a robust go-to-market strategy which will accelerate market growth in a cost-efficient manner, and train the Sales team to partner with the distributors
  • Create One, high performing and integrated Sales organization in the country, in line with the principles of a go-to- market organizational model and benchmark targets
  • You will collaborate with the marketing department to create effective sales materials and campaigns and with other departments to meet demand, and creating sales forecasts and budgets
  • Continuously monitoring sales performance against budget and adjusting strategies as needed, while building strong customer relationships for mutual business benefit, is a key responsibility
  • You will develop a culture of knowledge sharing, learning, sharing ideas and feedback in an open and constructive way within the regions, departments and relevant stakeholders to build a stronger, more aligned customer centric organization.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • 10+ years of business experience
  • At least two or three leadership roles in Sales/Customer Development and Brand Building
  • Core skills in account management, direct sales, key account development, marketing, distribution, RTM and distributor management
  • Strong cross-functional understanding and experience
  • Proven People Management experience
  • Broad experience and proven track record working in different market conditions, for different customer
  • Experience in supporting export markets will be key
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics.
