We are looking for a Latvian VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.

Requirements

Proficiency in English and Latvian both written and spoken
Proactive person with good support/sales skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Attention to details
Previous experience will be considered as an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issue
Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their need
Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting
Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulation
Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage
Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month
