Staff Product Manager – Agentic AI

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for Admin Copilot experiences. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the future of enterprise AI—particularly in designing systems that enable intelligent orchestration, autonomous coordination, and contextual decision support for administrative users.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for Admin Copilot features—from concept to launch and beyond.

  • Design intelligent, AI-assisted workflows that empower administrators to manage systems more efficiently and proactively.

  • Partner closely with engineering and design to build seamless, intuitive experiences grounded in the latest in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based architectures.

  • Drive innovation in Model Context Protocol (MCP) & Agent-to-Agent (A2A) collaboration protocols, enabling AI to facilitate coordination between administrative roles and across systems—escalating tasks, triggering workflows, and resolving issues autonomously.

  • Own and refine product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.

  • Collaborate directly with customers to validate use cases, collect feedback, and continuously evolve product-market fit.

  • Prioritize user experience by applying design thinking principles and ensuring AI-driven features are easy to understand, trustworthy, and safe by design.

  • Deliver operational excellence by improving internal delivery processes and frameworks in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Stay ahead of AI, self-service, and automation trends to continually evolve the Copilot experience.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI, SaaS, enterprise automation, or customer experience technologies.

  • A strong track record of shipping AI product/ features end-to-end in close collaboration with engineering and design.

  • Technical fluency with Generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous or assistive AI applications.

  • Experience designing and managing intelligent systems that handle complex, multi-step workflows.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures, platform services, and admin-facing tools is desirable.

  • Proven ability to distill customer needs into scalable product solutions with measurable impact.

  • A data-informed mindset, with comfort using metrics to iterate, improve, and prioritize.

  • Familiarity with cross-system automation protocols or platform integrations is a plus.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures, platform services, and admin-facing tools is desirable.
