Job Description:

Junior Accountant Expenditure (1 year Maternity Cover)

Are you ready to take ownership of end-to-end financial processes in a dynamic, international environment? Join us as a Junior Accountant and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions across multiple domains including IP, IIR, and Coding.

What You’ll Do:

Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and account reconciliation

Resolving issues with invoices

Maintain high data accuracy in line with SLAs

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Support compliance with SOX and Shell standards

Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work culture

Take initiative and ownership of tasks from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

Strong command of English; Turkish is a plus

6–12 months of experience in finance or accounting

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business

Solid understanding of accounting principles

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); SAP knowledge is a plus

Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Ability to manage time and meet tight deadlines
