We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will be a vital bridge between business teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Product Management, and more) and our reporting/BI landscape. If you love asking the right questions, simplifying complexity, and helping teams make better decisions — this role is for you.

🛠️ What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions — from ETL processes and data models to final reports and dashboards

• Manage and maintain parts of our data warehouse infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, validation, and performance

• Collaborate with analysts and business teams to build clean, scalable datasets and support data-driven initiatives

• Upload and validate partner and supplier data for Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems

• Develop reporting automation using tools like Power Automate, Python, or APIs

• Monitor data processes and troubleshoot issues before they impact business users

• Look for ways to improve — faster refreshes, better structures, fewer manual steps

Skills and Qualifications

💡 What you bring:

• 2+ years experience in BI/data engineering or related technical role

• Solid skills in SQL, data modeling, and working with large datasets

• Hands-on experience with ETL tools, database management, and data warehouse concepts

• Practical knowledge of Power BI

• Familiarity with automation tools like Power Automate, Python scripts, or others

• Strong problem-solving mindset and “can-do” approach

• Degree in IT, statistics, economics, or equivalent experience

🎯 Bonus points for:

• Experience with Excel VBA macros

• Experience with Azure, cloud databases, or version control (Git)

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps in BI/data projects

• Previous work in fast-paced environments where things change quickly
