Senior Manager, Data Engineering

Join our mission to secure the digital world! We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Manager of Data Engineering to lead a talented team building our multi-petabyte cybersecurity data platform. This role blends technical leadership with people management—you’ll shape our data strategy, mentor engineers, and help deliver critical data infrastructure powering our subscription-based platform.

Objectives:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers

• Define technical vision and ensure architecture aligns with business goals

• Actively contribute to coding, code reviews, and pipeline development (40-70% of your time)

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to support organizational initiatives

• Manage projects, timelines, and Jira boards to deliver on key priorities

Core Competencies:

• Deep expertise in SQL and Python, with experience in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses

• Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling, ETL pipelines, and AWS cloud services

• Experience managing high-volume data environments and mentoring engineering teams

• Familiarity with DBT, SQLMesh, or other data transformation frameworks

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
