About the Role

To execute agency marketing and promotional related campaigns so as to maintain, improve and deliver accurate, high quality messages for agency management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working with team to execute & implement integrated marketing campaign through above the line & below the line promotion & communication
• Create marketing collateral and keep track of all materials and manage launch schedule
• Assist in formulating comprehensive marketing strategy from value proposition to segmented marketing
• Work closely with stakeholder, including vendor, cross department coordination and agency engagement
• Ensure marketing initiatives in line with key business focuses and complied with regulatory, compliance & risk requirements
• Ensure a smooth launch of campaigns, events, and marketing communication initiatives within set timeline

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 3-4 years working experience in Marketing / Advertising agency / Production House, experience in financial industry is value added & reputable brand is preferred
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• Good detail-minded & copywriting skills
• Social Media savvy
• A team player, organized, reliable, dynamic and adaptive to changes
• University graduate major in Marketing, Communication, or related disciplines

• Candidate with more experience, will be considered as Specialist
