YOUR MISSION
Enhancing the store's appearance and promoting sales culture within a retail store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals to position PUMA to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world.
Sales Management: Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals via offering and showing products/merchandise to customers, assisting them in choosing products, consulting on product purposes, properties, quality, care rules, prices, offer substitute, new, and related products, calculating purchase costs, issuing receipts, preparing warranty documents, packing purchases, and handling exchanges.
Visual Merchandising: Conduct full pre-sale preparation of products, including checking names, quantities, completeness, prices, labeling compliance, unpacking, and inspecting the appearance. Arrange and display merchandise according to the PUMA's VM standars.Monitor the availability of goods in the trade section, check the quality, expiration dates, and ensure proper labeling and pricing. Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
Monitoring and Adjusting Displays: update and adjust displays to keep them fresh and relevant and to reflect new products, seasonal themes, or promotional events.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Training and Supporting Store Staff: Take proactive approach upon request in training a store staff on visual merchandising techniques and ensuring that they understand the importance of maintaining high visual standards.
YOUR TALENT
Product Knowledge: Understanding the purposes, properties, quality, care rules, and prices of the products being sold. This includes being able to offer substitute, new, and related products to customers.
Customer Service: optimize product presentation, arranging and displaying products in a way that highlights their features and benefits, creating attractive and engaging displays that draw customers' attention and encourage them to make purchases.
Visual Merchandising Abilities: Conducting full pre-sale preparation of products, arranging and displaying goods according to PUMA VM Standards, and maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
Technology: Proficiency in retail software, POS and inventory management systems.
Analytical Abilities: Preparing and analyzing sales reports, and providing insights to improve performance.
Collaboration & Communication Skills: Fostering effective communication within the team and with other departments. work closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that visual merchandising efforts align with promotional activities and sales goals.
Compliance Knowledge: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Self- leadership: Ability to work independently and efficient and be able to manage own emotions and challenges.
