Position Description:
- Own, operate, and continuously improve the organization’s Change Management process (ITIL framework preferred)
- Assess, record, and track all changes to IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, review change requests, evaluate risk, and ensure adequate testing and documentation
- Monitor the execution of changes and manage the change calendar to minimize business impact and downtime
- Ensure emergency changes are properly documented, assessed post-implementation, and lessons learned are integrated into future planning
- Provide guidance and training on change management procedures to technical teams and business stakeholders
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise releases of application and infrastructure updates across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Production)
- Work closely with DevOps, QA, Infrastructure, and Product teams to ensure smooth, timely, and auditable releases
- Maintain the master release schedule and proactively identify conflicts, dependencies, and resource needs
- Ensure all releases have the required documentation, back-out procedures, and approval records
- Track post-release issues and coordinate rapid response and communication
- Change requests (CRs) from IT teams, business units, vendors, and service providers
- Release candidate builds and associated documentation
- Risk assessments and impact analysis
- Change calendar and release schedule
- CAB input and approval records
- Regulatory and compliance requirements
- Serve as primary point of contact for all change and release-related communications
- Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders, end-users, and leadership regarding upcoming changes and releases
- Coordinate with business units to minimize impact and maximize transparency
Education And/Or Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- ITIL v4 certification strongly preferred
- Change Management or Release Management tool certifications a plus
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus
Relevant Work Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in IT Change and/or Release Management in a complex, regulated enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience running CAB meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Proven track record managing large-scale, high-stakes changes and releases with zero/minimal downtime
- Experience working in Agile and/or DevOps environments

Regular Full-Time

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $97,450.00 - $141,300.00 USD annually for full time employees.
