Job Description

Responsibilities 

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the mall (Cleaning, M&E, Fire Safety, Car Park etc.)  

• Prepare technical specifications for Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation for repair and maintenance works  

• Assist in the coordination of tenancy fitting out and reinstatement works  

• Updating of Environment Health and Sustainability and ISO documentation and filing to comply with ISO 9001  

• Provide assistance with Capex works  

• Support other Operation matters or ad-hoc duties as required 

Requirements 

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Facilities Management, Infrastructure & Project Management, or any other related disciplines 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 

• Possess basic Facilities Management and M&E knowledge 

• Detail-oriented and meticulous
