We are looking for a Lead Solution consultant who wants to be part of Tietoevry Tech Services. We serve our customers by combining global capabilities and Nordic proximity and help our customers modernize their digital landscape to be fit for new opportunities in the rapidly changing business environment.
You will join an expanding team concentrating on selling and implementing the Microsoft Dynamics Contact Centre, participating in both our on-going project and sales cases.
When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a Lead Solution consultant you will be part of our Microsoft Dynamics unit of over 350 consultants in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Latvia and India, delivering projects and services across Northern Europe.
Your primary role will be to support and advise in sales cases and on-going deliveries by engaging with our customers and ensure that we justify the trust our customers place in Tech Services through high quality delivery.
To succeed in this role, you have a consultative mindset and strong background in Call Centre processes and technologies.
You have previously worked with software’s such as Genesys, Zendesk Suite, Telia ACE etc., and are excited to utilize that knowledge with projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Centre. Understanding and being able to support customer requirements, scoping, discovering and defining end-to-end solutions and explaining business benefits is essential in this role.

We also appreciate:
- Previous experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate)
- Consulting skills and attitude combined with good social skills to drive customer growth
- Leading in solution design, configuring/customizing and implementing Call Center solutions
- Excited about improving Call Centre processes with automation and AI
- Technical knowledge is an advantage to interpretate and understand integrations
- Fluency in Finnish and English
- Certifications are an advantage
