Your day at NTT DATA

As a Network Architecture & Engineering Team Lead, you’ll lead a team of experts designing and delivering cutting-edge IT network solutions. You’ll drive strategic goals, foster innovation, and ensure operational excellence across architecture, presales, and delivery.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage a high-performing Technical Architecture team, including hiring, goal setting, and performance reviews.
Drive team development through coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative culture.
Act as a technical advisor in complex solution design and implementation.
Oversee operational planning and execution of architecture initiatives.
Support presales efforts by analyzing client needs and crafting tailored solutions and quotations.
Align architecture strategies with business goals and present measurable value to stakeholders.

To thrive in this role, you need to have

Proven team leadership and people management experience.
Strong network solution architecture expertise, at L4 level.
Solid presales experience, including solution design, client engagement, vendor management and a new business acquisition mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications in Cisco and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Required experience

Strong track record managing Technical Architecture teams in IT services.
Experience in client consulting, solution design, and architecture development.
Proven ability to balance technical solutions with business and financial constraints.
Hands-on experience in agile environments and project delivery.
