Our Newest Opportunity: 

The Implementation Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the renewal and new business implementation processes. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for supporting sales producers in both the renewal

process of existing clients and the acquisition process of selling new clients and coordinating implementations with carriers and HRIS for new and existing accounts. The Implementation Manager will work closely with the group Account Manager during these implementations, as well as carrier / vendor partners and their implementation teams.

Additionally, he/she will be responsible for managing multiple client implementations at one time, and for ongoing communication with the account team on the status of the implementations. The ability to manage multiple implementations at one time and communicate effectively and efficiently with other internal departments and colleagues is critical to success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Support Producers with all pre-sale related new business activities, which includes attending meetings at prospective clients, with occasional travel as needed

· Builds and updates the employer’s HRIS (if utilizing Employee Navigator, or other supported partner) including maintaining data integrity and system functionality of all benefits information.

· Conduct regular audits and validations, comparing the carrier enrollment information against the HRIS enrollment information

· Manages the employer-level enrollment integrations for all lines, including but not limited to, health, dental, ancillary coverages, voluntary coverages, PBM’s, FSA, HSA, virtual care providers, wellness vendors and clinical vendor arrangements

· In coordination with the group Account Manager, provide appropriate and required applications of coverage for each carrier/vendor to the Employer Group, advising client on how to correctly complete the paperwork, and helping to complete portions of the paperwork when possible

· Submit correctly completed employer-level applications to the carriers of choice

· Manage employer group and carrier/vendor timelines for a timely implementation

· Lead discovery call with vendors upon confirmed client confirmed carriers/vendors of choice

· Implementation meetings/calls with employer group, carrier and vendor partners

· Timely and appropriate communications to account team

· Champion process improvements and technology enhancements

· Manage multiple task and implementations simultaneously

· Manage off cycle implementations

· Be the subject matter expert on carrier implementation requirements and data transfer requirements sharing with account team

· Maintain Enrollment Implementation check list

· Understanding of carrier underwriting requirements and data needed for quotes

· Share industry trends noted from the RFP process

· Vendor implementation relationship management

· Work collaboratively with the benefits team to assist clients with compliance requirements

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

· Must be self-motivated

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Flexibility and ability to adapt to change

· Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

· Must work well in a team environment

Education, Training and Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree, required or 3 years of relevant industry experience

· Minimum 3 years’ experience with a carrier (prefer health plan), agency, brokerage firm and or enrollment vendor

· Knowledgeable in employee benefits, enrollment guidelines, HRIS systems, enrollment systems and technology, underwriting regulations and legislation impacting the industry, preferred

· Working knowledge of all Microsoft office products; Intermediate Excel knowledge, required.

· Proficient in Employee Navigator, preferred

· Knowledge of employee enrollment and onboarding systems, electronic data file transfers, payroll systems

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
