As the Experienced Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of automotive sales processes, inventory management, and customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
