As the Experienced Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a management role.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of automotive sales processes, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
